Nick Jordan, Orange County Real Estate Professional, Closes $8.25 Million Listing Resulting in the Construction of Additional Water Wells in East Africa.
Laguna Beach, Calif. November 19, 2009. Nick Jordan, a well respected luxury real estate agent, recently sold an $8.25 million home site at the world class Montage Hotel and Resort in Laguna Beach. This transaction places Nick Jordan among a handful of real estate agents having their most successful year yet, despite a tough economy.
Nick Jordan is an active real estate professional and also a co-founder of the Laguna Beach based non-profit organization, Wells of Life. The organization is dedicated to providing East African communities with a source of clean water. As a direct result of each one of Nick Jordan’s real estate transactions, proceeds are donated to the organization and a well is constructed to aid African communities in need. The organization’s mission is to construct 1,000 wells within the next ten years. “Providing water wells is the ultimate act of human kindness. It can be measured by giving individuals the opportunities to live dignified and productive lives and this is what matters most” states Nick Jordan. Jordan proves that it is possible to be both a successful CEO and a committed philanthropist.
Additionally, this listing puts Nick Jordan even closer to reaching his goal of $25 million in business transactions for 2009. The home, which is located at the world famous Montage Hotel and Resort in Laguna Beach, offers residents the opportunity to enjoy world class amenities that the hotel offers guests. This is the second estate home site that Nick Jordan has sold in 2009 and is one of the last available.
In recent months, the Southern California real estate market has been showing signs of recovery. With the help of low interest rates, low-priced foreclosure properties and the availability of government tax credits, median house prices and sales have been slowly on the rise. With the recent sale of the $8.25 million Montage property, it is evident that the luxury real estate market is back on its feet as well. “Oceanfront real estate is always at a premium. I have not seen so much opportunity for buyers in many years, time is running out and I believe the next six months will offer some of the last remaining deals on our coast.”
Nick Jordan was able to successfully negotiate and close the transaction with an escrow of only 19 days. Though many real estate agents have been suffering during this mortgage crisis, Nick Jordan’s vast experience, negotiating skills, and market expertise place him at an advantage.
With the sale of the Montage property along with continued support and donations from companies and individuals, the success of Jordan Group and Wells of Life seem to go hand in hand.
